Choco Exhibition Resume

CAUTION: HUGE FILE AHEAD.

Resume of the Chocolate Exposition held Today 11.10.2011; at My College's campus.

I.- This is a very dear friend's work. He made it all alone and still was awesome!!! The dragon name's Claudia, in honor to a friend of us xD

II.- Zoom to first Image. Matias had the care of even making blood, beards and eyes to the poor vikings~♥

III.- Another pair of friends of mine, Fernando and Josefa, made a Pinhead...such patience, Gods!!!

IV.- Here we go with the aberration. This is our proyect, the stom failbird that at las hour was boycotted by the teacher...we didn't even had the title in our table!! So we had a talk with our career coordinator.

V.- Who's uggliest, that girl or the sculpture >_> OK NO. If you don't know...that monster is me...nice to meet you~~

VI.- At noon, with my friend Claudia went to eat some Nikkei rolls and the chef offered me a practice in hot dishes for summer!! I'm still thinking about it, but I'm absolutely eager to learn the nikkei principles.

VII.- Back at college, we had a Magistral Class held by Purato's Chocolate ambassador in Southamerica, member of Cordon Blanc and...CHILEAN!!! he was really skillfull and humorous!!

VIII.- The chocolatier gave us some bombons to taste this one is of white chocolate filled with strawberry gel and Ganache of Honey and Dijon Mustard...it felt like heaven...

IX.- This one was called "Crystal pearl" because at the end he added some sugar with colorants, but to taste he gave us this sample. It was filled with coconut, oranjes and rum.


It was a wonderful day, even If I felt like crap sometimes. After all, It was my job...and I'm not made for chocolaterie xDD
